What we collect

When you submit your phone number on 72lab.io, we collect your phone number for the sole purpose of sending you a one-time SMS containing a link to the 72 Lab application.

How consent is obtained

On our landing page at 72lab.io, the opt-in workflow is as follows:

  1. The user enters their phone number in the phone number field.
  2. The user must check a required checkbox next to the following consent text (the checkbox is unchecked by default — it is NOT pre-checked):

"I agree to receive a one-time SMS from Conectd Sports Holdings (operating as 72 Lab) containing a link to the 72 Lab app. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Privacy Policy & Terms."

  1. Only after checking the checkbox can the user tap the "Text me the link" button to submit.
  2. The form cannot be submitted without the checkbox being checked (HTML required attribute enforces this).
  3. Upon submission, a single SMS is sent to the provided phone number.

This is an explicit, affirmative opt-in. No messages are sent without the user actively checking the consent checkbox and tapping the submit button.
